Maria Sitkareva is a skilled and internationally experienced management consultant working across gas, electricity, heating and cooling sectors. Her functional expertise includes strategic analysis (market, regulatory, business, organizational), strategy (business development, market entry), corporate development planning, investment analysis, vendor and buy-side due diligence. Her particular interest is in sustainable energy solutions, innovation, development, and international cooperation. She has lived and worked in several countries, and has project experience covering over 15 countries.
Maria Sitkareva has strong project management skills she has gained through successfully managing various international and local consulting assignments, client and project stakeholder communicaition, multidisciplinary project teams (10-20 experts) spread across business units and offices/countries, and international project partners. She is particularly skilled in managing complex consulting assignments (proposal, contract and project management, budget and risk management, quality assurance, negotiations and problem solving) in multidisciplinary and international business environment involving multiple stakeholders.
